Vendors, you will need to have a means to accept payment via
CASH APP, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.
Payments for In-Person Vendor space must be received no later than November 1. There is no subletting of booths.
Only registered vendors are allowed. Registration is not final until full payment is received. There are no refunds.
Payments can be made via the online Vendors Registration form.

Liability and Insurance
Easley Blessed Foundation shall not be financially obligated or otherwise committed in the event of the Show being canceled or deferred on account of fires, casualties, Acts of God or causes beyond their control. The vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury or damage to vendors’ displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the production facility and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Easley Blessed Foundation and any authorized representative, agent or employee of any and all losses, damages and claims. Every precaution will be taken to safeguard vendor’s property.
BOOTH SPACE IS ASSIGNED IN ORDER OF RECEIPT OF SIGNED BUSINESS/VENDOR APPLICATION FORM WITH PAYMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT BUSINESS/VENDORS IN THE SAME CATEGORY.
